You will be asked to sit in a chair whilst Jeff works  ' hands-off ' your body.
You may feel sensations but no physical contact is applied.

The Esoteric healing vitalises and energises the physical body through its etheric counterpart.  Without the etheric body the physical body would be lifeless.

The healing session will take between 15-30 minutes.  It is best to rest afterwards and drink plenty of water.
